What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and unite a passionate team of HR Advisors, ensuring they shine in their roles and provide top-tier service to clients.
• Identify training needs and implement cutting-edge development strategies that empower each team member to excel.
• Actively manage team performance and create a supportive environment that fosters creativity and efficiency.

Duties will include:

• Oversee and optimize team performance by conducting regular performance development reviews and adaption initiatives.
• Ensure seamless operations by managing team absences and performance indicators with precision and innovation.
• Conduct inspiring stand-ups twice a week to keep your team in sync and motivated on all organizational updates.
• Liaise with other department leaders that enhance our collective client service excellence.
