Devonshire Hayes have partnered with a great organisation based in Essex who are looking to hire a ERP Business Analyst, you will need to complete the integration of their business software and also complete work on integrating a new system.

12 month Fixed Term Contract

Hybrid working - 3 days per week on-site

Need to be willing to work flexible hours, there may be early morning starts, sometimes as early as 5am, due to morning meetings with Hong Kong, this will then include an earlier finish.

Key responsibilities for the role:

  • Gather system requirements from users and business owners, translating them into detailed requirements documentation and technical specification, ensuring that business rules are clearly defined, business needs are documented, and limitations or risks are understood.
  • Assist in the creation, implementation and maintenance of a standardised requirements document and user manuals.
  • Facilitate the process owner to perform the decision making.
  • Perform application IAT & UAT, system set up, user training

Key requirements:

  • Strong background in business analysis and/or business process analysis, including experience in business process modelling and knowledge of business process?
  • Knowledge of Simpro is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of software Business Central is beneficial
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, working in the Construction & Engineering industry is an advantage
  • Experience in project management?and solid ERP experience of large-scale ERP implementations is preferred.
