Our client based in Hoo is seeking an experienced ERP Data Management Co-ordinator.

Salary: competitive - disclosed on initial phone call

Location: Hoo - must have own transport

Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30 am - 4.00 pm

Friday 7:30 am to 12:30 pm

Flexibility to start at 8.30 am

Job Type: Full-time, site based NO REMOTE WORKING

Start date: May / June 2025

Reporting to the IT Manager the ERP Data Management Co-ordinator is a newly created position. The company is undertaking a refresh in how they use Efacs their ERP system.

The ERP Data Management Co-ordinator role will suit candidates who have any/all of the following skills/experience:

• Data analysis/capture (formalising data change control procedures0
• ERP or CRM data analysis - SAP, SAGE or similar systems
• Understanding of manufacturing processes
• Basic SQL server skills with an understanding of relational databases
• High level of Excel skills with associated analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, highly accurate
• Excellent documentation abilities with the ability to think critically
