Our client is currently looking for an experience ERP Project Manager to lead their ERP implementation and upgrade projects. The ERP Project Manager will be delivering across a range of departments and modules, ensuring that the systems and processes support business objectives and are fit for purpose.

Key Responsibilities for the ERP Project Manager

  • Lead the end-to-end ERP implementation process as directed by the Head of Business Operations, including planning, design, configuration, testing and deployment.
  • Manage relationships and assigning and reviewing tasks for the Odoo development team based in India.
  • Review and advise on development solutions to ensure fit for purpose before user testing.
  • Ensure thorough testing of the ERP system, including integration, performance, and user acceptance testing in coordination with developers and stakeholders.
  • Oversee transition to new versions of the ERP system, providing post-implementation support and addressing day to day issues as they arise.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and budgets

Key Experience for the ERP Project Manager

  • Experience in ERP project management
  • Experience of ERP implementation
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and their implementation processes, with experience in Odoo or similar a significant advantage
  • Proven Project Management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, primarily with subcontractors and outsourced developers
  • Experience in developing and implementing ERP training across a range of IT skill levels
