ERP & Finance Systems Project Manager
?? Location: London (60% onsite)
?? Contract: 6 months (initially)

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong finance background and expertise in ERP/financial system implementations? We're looking for a dynamic professional to lead a key project, driving business process improvements and system implementations within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Production, R&D, HR, and Procurement to define business processes and system requirements.
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of ERP/financial systems, preferably M365 & Dassault (PLM), with a focus on production modules.
  • Manage supplier selection, RFPs, and onboarding processes.
  • Develop project charters, resource estimates, and governance frameworks.
  • Oversee system testing, implementation, and stakeholder training.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience:

? Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
? Proven experience in ERP/financial system implementations, ideally M365 & Dassault (PLM).
? Strong project management skills with formal qualifications (Prince2, Agile PM, PMP).
? Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and organisational skills.
? Experience working in an Agile environment is desirable.
? Knowledge of FP&A and core business processes, with prior experience in a finance environment preferred.
