Responsibilities:

  • Gaining a deep understanding of the firm’s investment strategies, portfolios, and processes in order to optimise the client experience whilst also promoting the businesses vision for long-term sustainable capitalism.
  • Opportunity to attend and host client meetings and observe internal research discussions.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of each investor type and their needs, in order to optimise effective client engagement and interaction.
  • Participating in the production of RFP’s/DDQ’s, content management, updating marketing materials on a regular basis as well as the preparation of bespoke presentations.
  • Manage communication distributions via Salesforce and managing databases linked to the Client Team.
  • Over time, providing nuanced responses to client-specific due diligence, performance and attribution data requests as well as hoc client requests, prospect research and in-depth due diligence requests.

Requirements:

  • Appropriate qualification and/or proven professional experience in investment management, consulting services, or private wealth management ideally within a client service or control/operational function.
  • Advanced MS office skills and experience of a CRM system such as Salesforce would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of financial markets, particularly public equity and private equity.
  • Have a passion for sustainability, particularly as it relates to investment management and the capital markets.
  • Strong reading and writing skills, being able to craft bespoke responses to questions regarding all of the firm’s business areas.
  • Process orientated with a problem-solving attitude and eye for process improvements.
  • Manage workload effectively to balance proactive and reactive requests.
