We are currently looking for an ESOL Lecturer to work 5 days a week from September for a college in Isleworth, we are hoping to appoint in the next couple of weeks as we are keen to get you into the college and trained prior to the summer holidays so you are ready to go in September!

Job Duties:
  • Plan and deliver high-quality ESOL lessons to learners - Pre entry to entry 3
  • Assess students' abilities and progress, providing constructive feedback
  • Create engaging and inclusive learning environments
  • Develop and adapt teaching materials to suit the needs of diverse learners
  • Keep accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience
Required Qualifications:
  • Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, TEFL, CELTA)
  • Specialism in ESOL
  • Excellent command of English language
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong understanding of ESOL teaching methodologies
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using educational technology
