Estate Agency - Sales Negotiator - Wokingham - 53536

A hungry and motivated sales negotiator with plenty of drive and determination is sought to work in a successful multi branch agency in Berkshire.

Although sales experience in property is preferred, a proven record and aptitude for delivering in a sales environment will also be considered for this position.

Working within a sales targeted team you role will include:

• Phoning out on instructions
• Vendor contact
• Accompanying viewings & providing feedback
• Cross selling property associated services
• Negotiating and agreeing sales
• Progressing Sales

You will need to be confident, have a positive attitude, strong written and oral communication skills, enjoy delivering in a sales environment and be a strong team player.

The company offers a basic salary of £20,000 - £24,000 dependant on experience with an OTE £30,000.

Please note candidates are required to work Saturdays on rota and need to have a clean UK driving licence and their own car.
