• Setting and reviewing performance standards

• Maintain a compliant business

Estate Agent Assistant Branch Manager

• £20,000 basic salary (increasing to £22,500 after 6 month probation plus 0.5% office commission) with a £30,000 6 month salary guarantee plus company car. Personal commission 4% sales and 4% listing and very realistic on target earnings of £45,000 to £50,000.
