Estate Agent Sales Manager / Valuer - Birmingham - £30k basic £45k package

A great opportunity has arisen to join this leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand based out of their branch in the Jewellery Quarter area of Birmingham. They are looking for an experienced Estate Agency Sales Manager who will be managing a professional team and ensuring the office runs smoothly. Alongside staff management which will involve staff training, coaching and performance reviews, you will be generating new Estate Agency business, carrying out valuations and instructing properties to market and driving the business forward. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join this leading and highly respected Estate Agent and they are offering a very competitive package.
