• Are you a good Estate Agent or just going through the motions?
• This is a great opportunity if you would like to be fast-tracked to becoming a Property Valuer / Lister!
• Minimum of 6 months industry experience is required.
• You must be able to demonstrate on a consistent basis, the tenacity, ability, and ambition to create sales and you will be rewarded for doing so!
• Moving forwards you will be offered 1 to 1 training on how to value and list properties onto the market.

Whilst you will be trained to become a valuer, your core Negotiator duties will continue as follows:

• Encouraging viewings to generate personal sales.
• Accompanying viewings and reporting feedback to Clients.
• Touting both directly and indirectly using approved documents.
• Taking and promoting offers, verifying buyer’s ability to purchase, and checking of chain information and thereby providing referrals to appointed Mortgage and Conveyancing partners.
• Ensuring sales files have been provided with all detailed information to be acceptable to Sales Progressor at point of hand over.
• Checking compliance with Money Laundering regulations.
• Monitoring progress of sales in relation to your personal and office monthly targets.
• It would be advantageous, if you are familiar with social media, but must be willing to engage with our dedicated social media member of staff.
• Looking for fresh and continued business opportunities.
• Have a positive approach to all aspects of the business and have the drive to achieve long term goals of being number 1 in the town and to motivate the staff to help achieve this.

Basic salary initially £18,000, rising as you increase your performance and skill level. Initial £25,000 - £30,000 on target earnings, again rising to £35,000 once you are fully up and running performance wise. A salary guarantee will be negotiated for the first 3 months.
