Are you a tenacious, detail-driven individual with a passion for property?

We’re on the hunt for a Sales Progressor who’s confident in managing the end-to-end sales journey, ensuring property transactions run smoothly from offer through to completion. You’ll play a key role in keeping clients informed, overcoming hurdles, and driving deals across the finish line.

• Sales Progression: Manage the full process from offer accepted to exchange and completion.

• Communication: Liaise regularly with clients, buyers, solicitors, agents, and other stakeholders.

• Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve issues that may delay transactions.

• Compliance: Ensure all legal and administrative documents are completed accurately and on time.

• Negotiation: Handle concerns or disputes with professionalism and diplomacy.

• Pipeline Management: Keep your portfolio of transactions on track and updated.

• Customer Service: Deliver a 5-star experience to every client, every step of the way.

• Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to management and clients.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across sales, lettings, and admin.

• Experience in a similar sales progression or property role.

• Excellent communication and people skills.

• Organised, efficient, and calm under pressure.

• Proactive, with a positive, solutions-based mindset.

• Confident using IT and CRM systems.

• Basic knowledge of property law/legislation (desirable).

• Driven to deliver outstanding customer service.
