An excellent opportunity for a well presented, customer service driven Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator to join a well-respected independent agent within their office in Cheltenham. 

Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Benefits  

  • £25,000 basic salary - OTE £35,000 - £40,000
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays only 
  • Parking permit provided
  • Mileage paid at 45p per mile
  • Opportunity for further training and qualifications

Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Duties and Responsibilities  

  • Liaise on a day-to-day basis with clients and handle enquiries
  • Book viewings using the company’s system
  • Complete customer records and update records in the system 
  • Conduct accompanied viewings with clients and establish needs
  • Carry out valuations and provide advice and support to new clients
  • Spot opportunities for new business
  • Support junior members of the team
  • Negotiate and agree buyer offers

Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed  

  • Previous experience is needed
  • Proven track record with successful market appraisals 
  • You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills 
  • You will have solid IT skills   
  • You will be well spoken and well presented  
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential
