Due to continued growth they are now looking for a Trainee Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join their team. They are looking for someone with experience working within a sales environment, good customer service skills and able to drive. Main Duties for the Estate Agent Trainee Sales Negotiator Role:

• Meeting and registering new applicants
• Maintain regular contact with Clients and applicants
• Arrange, organise and conduct viewings
• Negotiate any offers received

Skills Required:

• Previous sales experience essential
• Great customer service skills
• Good people skills
• Smart, well-spoken and articulate
• Ambitious, self-motivated and driven
• Full UK driving license and car owner essential (parking provided)
