Estate Agent Trainee Sales Negotiator - Stratford - upon - Avon - £22k basic plus commission

A fabulous opportunity has arisen to join this leading, independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established for many years in the area. Due to continued growth they are now looking for a Trainee Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join their team. They are looking for someone with experience working within a sales environment, good customer service skills and able to drive. This is a great opportunity to join this really friendly team where ongoing training and career progression is highly encouraged.

Main Duties for the Estate Agent Trainee Sales Negotiator Role:

  • Meeting and registering new applicants
  • Maintain regular contact with Clients and applicants
  • Arrange, organise and conduct viewings
  • Negotiate any offers received

Skills Required:

  • Previous sales experience essential
  • Great customer service skills
  • Good people skills
  • Smart, well-spoken and articulate
  • Ambitious, self-motivated and driven
  • Full UK driving license and car owner essential (parking provided)
