What’s the role?

I’m looking for a highly ambitious and motivated Branch Manager to run a sales team for an independent Estate Agency in the Bournemouth area. This is a busy office needing someone who thrives in a fast paced environment. I’m after a strong leader and someone who can List property for the office.

The company are an established Independent Estate Agency with good market share in their local area. The owner is looking for someone he can trust and run the sales business as if it was their own. The commission is uncapped giving market leading earning potential for the right person.

The company is looking to expand and as it does the owner is looking for potential partners in the new offices.
