Basic Salary: £24,000 to £35,000
On Target Earnings: £30,000 to £55,000

I am working with a number of leading independent estate agents looking for various people to join their successful team.

• Lettings Negotiators
• Sales Negotiators
• Branch Managers
• Lettings Managers
• Property Managers
• Valuers
• Administrative roles

- The Ideal Candidate -

• Proven experience in a similar role in the industry (either within an estate agency or other similar property related role)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.
• A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
