Earnings

The fee for selling a property at auction is 2% (Example: 2% of £200,000 property is £4,000). As 'The Auction Expert’, you get 70% (£2,800). By generating two sales per month, you will earn £67,200 per year. Three sales per month, you will earn £100,800 a year (depending on the average property value)

The issue facing typical estate agents

Competition between estate agents means many cut their fees to 1% or less and overvalue properties, so only about 50% actually sell. Suitable candidate

No auction experience is required; however, knowledge of the property industry is advantageous. The ideal candidate will be proactive and have a sales and/or marketing background.
