Estate and Environmental Service Team Manager

Adecco are recruiting for THREE Estate and Environmental Service Team Managers for a South-Local Local Authority.

• Estate and Environmental Service Team Manager
• Public Sector - Local Authority
• Full Time - Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
• Temporary Role - 6 months with opportunity to apply for perm position once available
• £34.34 per hour Umbrella

The team managers will be solely focusing on managing caretaking and the staff delivering services. In addition, you will be monitoring the delivery of ground maintenance services.

The managers will work closely with the head of service, residents and partners to identify and deliver improvements and good practice in service delivery.

Managers are expecting in office or on estates 4 days per week with one day per week working from home.

Management experience is essential as well as an understating of Housing Legislation.
