Estate Management Carpenter
Jonathan Lee Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an Estate Manager/Carpenter to join our client's inclusive and friendly team. This full-time role is based in Warwick and offers an Umbrella contract rate of £27.10 per hour (Inside IR35). This role is initially a contract until March 2025.
You will support the estate management team, ensuring all sites and facilities meet the business's needs. You will also help ensure safe and efficient performance within the safety, quality, delivery, cost, people, and environment framework.
In your first week in this Estate Management Carpenter role, you can expect to:
- Carry out work in a flexible manner, undertaking a range of work not of the core trade
- Be responsible for ensuring all work carried out is to current industry standards and associated codes of practice
- Undertake activities consistent with the trade and grade of this position
- Handle the completion of tasks either as part of the PPM system or routine/planned works.
To apply for this Estate Management / Carpenter role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:
- Experience using woodworking machinery
- A clean full driving license
- Time-served apprenticeship, City & Guild Level 3 or equivalent, NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry
- Computer literate
- Previous experience in a similar maintenance role would be preferred.
