Building Manager / Development Manager - East London - £45k

We’re working exclusively with one of the larger Managing Agents who have an immediate, urgent need for a Building Manager / Estate Manager in East London as follows:

  • Working full time from site, Mon-Fri
  • The Building is an Iconic development / landmark site in East London containing 650 residential units with commercial/retail frontage
  • The Building Manager will have responsibility for managing all site based staff (Caretakers, Concierge etc.)
  • For the suitable Building Manager, H&S, BMS and FM knowledge are essential - the site contains high tech hard services (communal boilers etc.) which require regular monitoring and reporting
  • The Building Manager will have responsibility for relaying information back to the Property Manager in order to ensure inspections, budgets and maintenance keep pace with Building / Resident / Client requirements
  • The suitable Building Manager will be smartly presented and have excellent written and spoken English

The successful Building Manager can expect a starting basic salary up to £45k alongside a benefits package and pension.
