Estates and Facilities Support Team Administrator
To provide high quality, efficient and effective customer focused administration service to Estates and Facilities (E&F) team
This will be based at Lynfield Mount Hospital BD9 6DP
Working Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
This is a B3 position rate of pay £11.66per hour
PRIMARY DUTIES & AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Be the first line contact for E&F, including telephone queries from customers, staff and contractors/external organisations.
- To provide support within E&F to deliver operational services to the team working across several departments.
- Co-ordinate, under dire month ction, the work of E&F staff undertaking responsive repairs to Trust and contract buildings and plant ensuring the most effective use of resources.
- Assist with the purchasing requirements of the department, including sourcing quotations and specifications using the Trust’s approved purchase ordering system.
- Undertake housekeeping of the CAFM system including, but not limited to: o recording tasks correctly with relevant/valid information
- Update of time records, inclusion of assurance documentation, purchase order information/invoice details updated, delivery notes scanned and attached to relevant task.
