The role of Estimating Manager - Fit Out & FF&E will involve:

• Estimating Manager position dealing with a the installation of a high end range of furniture, fixtures and equipment
• Responsible for the Estimating Department, ensuring that estimates are produced with accuracy and to the highest standard whilst policies and procedures are adhered to
• Review and sign off tenders with values up to £5m
• Liaising with clients to gain an understanding of project scope and requirements
• Liaising with other internal departments to ensure smooth running of projects
• Negotiating with suppliers for payment terms and competitive rates
• Attend pre-contract meetings as and when required
• Fully brief and handover successfully won projects to the Design and Contracts departments

The ideal applicant will be an Estimating Manager - Fit Out & FF&E with

• Must have Estimating experience within the furniture installation market sector
• Must have some people management skills
• Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• IT literate (Microsoft Office)
• Full UK driving license
