Job Title: Estimator / Business Development Manager

They are now looking to expand further into the commercial market, focusing on projects such as shop fronts and entrances.

Role Overview: They are seeking a skilled and motivated Estimator / Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial for driving our growth in the commercial sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with glass-focused projects and a deep understanding of the glazing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Estimation: Accurately estimate project costs from initial design through to completion.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial market.
• Tender Management: Manage the tendering process, ensuring timely and competitive submissions.
• Sub-Contractor Management: Oversee and manage sub-contractors to ensure project deadlines and budgets are met.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proven ability to achieve project deadlines and manage budgets effectively.
• Strong knowledge and experience in tender management and submission.
• Excellent sub-contractor management skills.
• Prior experience with glazing projects, particularly in the commercial sector.
