Job Title: Estimator - Residential & Commercial.

Location: Croydon - Site/Office Based.

Salary: up to £55K depending on experience.

We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Fit Out Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in construction and refurbishment estimating, as well as exceptional analytical and communication skills.

This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to the Senior Estimator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare pre-tender and bid/tender submissions

• Generate Bill of Quantities (BoQs) & Bills of Materials (BoMs) from drawings/specifications

• Compile accurate and well-organized estimates and proposals in a timely manner • Negotiate contract terms/conditions

• Conduct departmental reporting and analysis

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners

• Participate in the development of sales and advertising strategies

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree or equivalent experience in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management

• Minimum of 5 years related industry experience with at least 3 years in construction estimating within the refurbishment industry

• Working knowledge of JCT/NEC and HSE requirements

• Excellent numerical, analytical and communication skills in English

• High level of computer literacy in MS Office applications and Project Management software

• Proactive team player with strong people management abilities

• Hold a full UK Drivers Licence
