Salary - £40,000-£65,000

Location- Harrow

About the company:

My client are a Formwork and Groundwork specialist company. Their reputation as a formwork contractor have been formatted by consistently completing projects on time, within budget and to the highest standard. They are experienced in concrete, RC frames , formwork/ falsework, steel fixing , stairs.

They are looking for somebody who has long term experience in Pricing and managing groundworks and formwork projects as well as estimating experience.

Responsibilities:

- Project Evaluation- Review project plans, conduct site visits, and define project scope.

- Cost Estimation

- Budget preparation

- Tendering and bidding

- Vendor management

- Client interaction

- Cost monitoring

- Documentation

- Compliance and best practice

Requirements:

- Experience in Pricing

- Experience on projects with groundworks or formwork projects

- Many years experience in estimating/ quantity surveying.

Benefits:

- £40,000-£65,000 per annum depending on experience

- Other benefits to be negotiated on interview
