Location: Commutable to North Manchester

Remuneration: £40,000 - £55,000

The role of Estimator - Interior Fit Out will involve:

• Estimator position dealing with fit-out projects for the hospitality and leisure industries
• Review, analyse and send out all tender packages to clients
• Conducting take offs and pricing different elements of a tender including completing schedule of works or tender return document
• Liaising with clients, architects & cost consultants
• Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers
• Working closely with the client on all changes in scope, questions or clarifications regarding the work, during the tendering process
• Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
• Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
• Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
• Working on projects ranging in value from £500k to £13m
• Will be required to travel to site when required to attend project meetings (Nationwide)

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Interior Fit Out with

• Must have estimating experience within the interior fit out market sector, ideally within the hospitality and leisure sector
• Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
• Resilient individual
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Excellent communicator written and verbally
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Good team player who also works well individually
