This is a great opportunity for an Estimator to join a Design and Build Construction company where you'll be working on diverse, bespoke projects whilst having great training and development opportunities and progression to Senior Estimator.

Are you an Estimator with experience in the Construction industry? Are you looking for an opportunity with frequent development, training and progression to Senior Estimator?

This Design and Build Construction company specialise in upscale projects in both the Residential and Commercial sectors. With projects ranging from restoration of listed buildings to refurbishment of restaurants, bars and offices. Their main bulk of their projects they work on however are elegant, bespoke residential properties. With a focus on quality of design and service has found them success and steady stream of work with both new and repeat business. That is why they're looking to add to their dynamic and close-knit team with this great opportunity.

In this role you will you have a number of responsibilities; you will be responsible for managing tenders of various sizes and budgets with the cost estimates for those projects. You'll also be attending on-site meetings with your team to liaise with subcontractors and suppliers when needed. As well as that you will be creating take offs from drawings and specifications to determine labor and costs for projects. Also, you will be using estimating software and tools to generate the breakdown for proposals. Finally, amongst other responsibilities collecting quotes from subcontractors and supplier to help create successful bids.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will be an Estimator with experience in the construction industry. As well as, being a team player with good communication to be able to collaborate with the internal and external teams successfully.

This is a great opportunity for an Estimator to join a great Design and Build Construction company where you will work on a plethora of bespoke projects, whilst having plenty of great technical training and progression opportunities to Senior Estimator.
