Location - Broadstairs

Salary - £23,800 per annum DOE

Full-time hours - Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5:00pm

Our client the largest provider of specialist maintenance, repair, energy saving and safety inspection services in the UK is looking to recruit an Estimator to join their expanding team.

The responsibilities of the Estimator:

• Quoting of works defects following planned maintenance or reactive visits
• Reporting remedial works required by other contractors following site attendance
• Supporting the Works Order department
• Sending of quotations & reports, including uploading of these to client websites

Person specifications for the role of Estimator

• Must be competent in Maths and English
• Excellent IT skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment to deadlines and be flexible is essential
• Previous estimating or formal writing preferred but not essential
• Ad hoc project work and business support as required
