The successful Estimator will be tasked with preparing pricing documents for a diverse range of projects such as new builds, commercial, residential, and more. This role involves working on refurbishment and new build projects in sectors including commercial (leisure, healthcare, retail, education, government) and social housing regeneration. As an Estimator, you will be part of a dedicated team, taking ownership of your projects and ensuring precise and competitive pricing.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
• Proven track record in creating pricing documents for various projects.
• Strong understanding of refurbishment and new build projects.
• Experience in commercial and social housing regeneration sectors.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Must hold a valid driving licence.
• Office-based in Woodford with occasional site visits.
