Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Our client is an Award-Winning specialist interior design & fit-out company.

The role:

Our client is looking for an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor, with a proven track record in the interior fit-out/construction industry.

Duties include:

• Read and take off from architectural drawings and BIM models.
• Undertake site visits where required.
• Produce estimates and quotes for the full content of work.

The successful candidate:

You will be an experienced Estimator, with a proven track record in the interior fit-out/construction industry.

Our client is looking for someone with the ability to confidently liaise with new and existing clients, suppliers and other project parties as required. You must be able to quantify materials for procurement, create a scope of works to suit client requirements from designs and manage multiple quotes simultaneously.

They are looking for someone who is commercially aware, dynamic and preferably someone who has hands-on experience, who is happy working within a fast-paced environment both as a team and on their own initiative. Attention to detail is crucial.
