Do you have experience working in an AML or Ethics role in practice and looking for a new opportunity?

Join our team in delivering best-in-class customer service to individuals, organisations and any stakeholder approaching the ICAEW for information or advice.

Role Profile

To manage and answer enquiries from members and other ICAEW stakeholders in relation to all the ICAEW's products and services through digital and other mediums

Responsibilities include:

  • Understand, diagnose and provide comprehensive practical advice on a wide range of regulatory, ethical, money laundering and professional matters. Record enquiries accurately in the CRM system (D365).
  • Develop material to support members in a multi-media environment to assist with member self-serve and a 24/7 service.
  • Maintaining and applying a thorough, up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the relevant bye laws, standards, regulations, guidance and legislation.
  • Involvement in the delivery of the ethics/regulatory and AML training of professional consultants and colleagues in line with business needs, along with on-going consultation support.
  • Identify emerging technical and professional issues that affect our members and work with the team to proactively address them.

Candidate Profile

Requirements include:

  • Sound knowledge of ICAEW bye-laws and Code of Ethics, regulations and guidance, as well as relevant legislation
  • Sound knowledge and work experience with FRC Ethical Standard and AML legislation.
  • A passion and experience for providing exceptional levels of customer service
  • Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills
  • A good knowledge of and interest in the work of the profession and its members
