EUC VDI Migration SME

Office Location: London

Day rate: Up to £450 per day

Job Type: 6 months Inside IR35 Contract

Hybrid Model: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support at a 3rd line level
  • Dealing with escalations from 2nd line and application support
  • Supporting VDI migrations to Windows 365
  • Resolving migration and user issues
  • Working with the Modern Workplace Architecture team

Requirements

  • 3rd line support experience 
  • Experience with Citrix and Azure VDI migrations
  • Application support experience 
  • Experience with ZScaler
  • Strong documentation and communication 
  • Experience in regulated financial environments is desirable
