Established for over 100 years this organisation are innovators at the forefront of industrial safety solutions, safeguarding the lives of millions of people across the world, every year. With a presence in over 130 countries, they have grown exponentially across the years.

As a result of significant reinvestment in line with their growth strategy, they are recruiting a European Sales Manager to manage a compact sales team of direct reports and take the lead in their growth plans across the continent.

The role will involve regular European travel and home/hybrid working, with presence at their Milton Keynes premises as part of the senior management team as required.

This is a progressive, modern organisation with ambition and a track record of sustained growth and development of new markets. There is a clear succession path into the role of General Manager for Europe within the medium term.

Applicant will have a minimum of three years' experience in Export Sales from an industrial or manufacturing background. You will be on an upward career trajectory and looking to progress into an autonomous, senior management position within a successful, friendly and supportive organisation.
