So, what does the role look like

• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of European road freight movements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare and maintain necessary documentation for import and export activities.
• Track shipments and resolve any issues related to freight delays or logistics challenges.
• Analyse and enhance operational processes to improve overall efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with EU transport regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline transportation and delivery schedules.

So, do you have what it takes

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the freight and logistics sector.
• Solid knowledge of European road freight operations and regulations.
• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in freight management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute positively to a dynamic working environment.
