We are looking for an experienced Event Manager to join an innovative creative events agency on a maternity cover contract.

Working as part of the events team, the Event Manager holds a pivotal position responsible for orchestrating the planning, coordination, and flawless execution of a diverse range of events and activations. This role ensures seamless operations and delivers exceptional experiences for clients and attendees.

This role will provide

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate events from conception to completion

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors

• Manage event budgets and logistics

• Ensure client satisfaction and smooth event execution

• Develop internal schedules and timelines

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced Event Manager with a proven track record, ideally within corporate events or brand activations

• Excellent communication and project management skills

• Process driven with experience using project management software

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

• Strong knowledge of event planning, coordination, and execution
