Event Manager

Robert Half are looking for an Event Specialist to join a global, industry leading B2B SaaS business based in London.

Events Manager - B2B SaaS - 12 Month Contract - London (Hybrid Working)

Robert Half have partnered with a global B2B SaaS business who's platform specialises in data and AI security. They have experienced rapid growth across the globe and have a customer base of over 14,000 clients.

We are looking for an Event Specialist to project manage the business's events programme. Working closely with the global marketing team, this role will manage multiple events simultaneously, being responsible for end-to-end planning, event execution (onsite) and post event analysis.

Events will include tradeshows, forums, workshops, webinars and networking opportunities!

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in B2B event management, in-person events
• Trade show experience through execution and reporting
• Enterprise software; SaaS experience required, IT-specific software a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
