Contract role - Event Manager - Hybrid/Remote/London - 2 months contract - Inside IR35 PAYE

  • Duration: 2 months contract (Aug/5/2024 - Oct/26/2024)
  • Ideally 6-12months as an Event Manager, can be ex-agency or client facing from B2B or B2C - need someone who is willing to support the Event team, can manage our registration tools and willing to support on events as needed.
  • Experienced at event management with 6-12 months under their belt.
  • Main requirements are project management of all registrations for events within Band A countries, support for pre-event preparation as required and compliance with all event processes and procedures, data management and lead uploads from our 3rd party events.
  • Candidate needs to be pro-active in carrying out tasks, we are a small team who are extremely busy, it is not a role for someone who needs close management on each and every task.
  • We can support the development of this individual, but they need to take the responsibility of the role, shape it and there is opportunity to grow and develop with additional responsibilities if they can deliver on the requirements within the current role.
