Senior Event Project Manager - Agency

THE ROLE

Due to business growth and exciting times ahead, we are now seeking an agency experienced Senior Event Project Manager to come on board and join this amazing team! 

You will be responsible for the delivery and management of virtual, hybrid and in-person events, leading and overseeing full project lifecycles. 

Duties will include:

-          Delivering a mixture of events end to end

-          Briefing into the wider agency and leading responses to client briefs

-          Planning logistics for events

-          Liaising with external suppliers

-          Communicating effectively with both internal and external teams

-          Regularly updating clients with progress and project reports

-          Budget management

-          Managing events onsite up and down the UK

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will be experienced in the end-to-end management of a range of events, ideally gained from working for an event production agency. Candidates must be client facing and have the ability to work across multiple projects concurrently.
