Event Administrator

Doncaster

30 hours per week, Monday to Friday

As a Events Administrator, you will be required to

  • Accurately review and manage correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, exhibitors, and suppliers
  • Coordinate and manage schedules and tasks, ensuring contractual obligations are met.
  • Chase and collate exhibitor paperwork, including space plans and health & safety documents.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all company systems are up to date
  • Assist in the preparation of correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Book travel, accommodations, and manage service repairs as required.
  • Support the team with general administrative duties and office support.

Candidate:

  • Proven experience in administration with strong analytical and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and willing to occasionally travel to meetings and/or work onsite at shows across the UK.
