Are you passionate about organising and managing events?

Ambition are currently working with a leading law firm in their search for a talented Events Advisor to orchestrate up to 100 client-focused events annually, including seminars, webinars, and receptions. This role sits within the firms marketing and communication global function, within the wider BD & marketing team. This role, although covering a broad range of events, will particularly have a strong focus on webinars and virtual events.

Some key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Event Management Excellence: Deliver high-quality events with guidance from the Events Manager, handling everything from communication materials to logistics.
  • Strategic Client Engagement: Utilise the firm's CRM system to create targeted client lists and track attendance, ensuring each event reaches the right audience.
  • Innovative Event Solutions: Develop project plans and budgets for cost-effective events that align with the firm's strategy and stand out from the competition.

To be considered for this position, the following is desired:

  • 3 years of event management experience, preferably in a professional services environment - particularly with webinars/virtual events.
  • Strong project management skills and a creative approach to challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills and a results-focused mindset.
