Reed Business Support in Bath is looking for a Temporary Communication & Events Assistant to work for a business in Bath.

Temporary (8 weeks)

Asap start

Hybrid

PART-TIME (25 hours)

9-5pm or 8-4pm

Key duties will include:

  • Reviewing and updating content using a bespoke system
  • Supporting the creation of welcome and induction web pages
  • Contributing to the creation and delivery of a communication plan
  • Using the content calendar to create and follow posts on all social media platforms
  • Supporting campaigns
  • Drafting and publishing suitable copy for new items and newsletters
  • Collating and analysing data
  • Many other ad hoc duties as required by your line manger  

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Good knowledge and interest in marketing, social media, web creation
  • Experience of using social media platforms
  • Experience of working with and updating websites and digital content
  • Experience of working with databases
