My client a high profile, large membership organisation, with stunning offices based in Central London, seek an Events Coordinator to join a busy and dynamic events team for an initial 12-month fixed contract, with possible scope to go permanent in the future.

Working under the Events Manager, and in collaboration with other departments, you will coordinate events from the organisations programme, consisting of webinars, conferences, lectures, ceremonies and other ad hoc events. These events are both virtual and in person at venues.

Main duties will include;

Liaising with membership department and delegates alike.

Organising pre-event logistics; inviting guest speakers, set up of events on internal CRM, liaising with AV providers and stakeholders.

Provide excellent customer service, and act as a key point of contact to delegates and attendees who travel from all over the world.

Work closely with the marketing team to support them in promoting the event.

Be present at some various events, to ensure they run smoothly and trouble-shoot along the way

Organise post-event feedback, including; thankyou emails, writing reports for sponsors and department heads.

This is a hybrid role and an initial 12 month fixed contract, with scope to possibly extend beyond this or become permanent.
