Events Coordinator for a Corporate Firm in the West End.

A successful London-based firm is seeking an Events Coordinator to join their in-house events team who put on a range of exciting functions. The role involves working alongside the Events Manager on the end-to-end production of events, from dinners to talks and so much more. The company is value, culture and ethos focused making this a fantastic team to be a part of.

Role: Events Coordinator
Start date: ASAP (will wait 1 month's notice)
Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE
Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00 / 8:00 - 5:00 (out of hours / some weekend events with time off in lieu)
Location: West End, 5 days in the office

Responsibilities:
  • Managing the full life cycle of events including timelines, logistics, suppliers, invites etc
  • On site support during events, assisting the team, acting as point of contact and overseeing guest lists
  • Event reports and post event feedback
  • Working closely with marketing on promotion and materials for events

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years minimum experience; either as an events coordinator, assistant or manager. Other roles with a strong focus on event planning will be considered
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Discretion and integrity
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
  • Adaptable, flexible and enthusiastic
  • Keen team player with the confidence to also work autonomously
