Morgan McKinley is working with a fab, very well established business based in East Grinstead, West Sussex who is looking for an experienced Senior Events Executive to join their busy events team. The main purpose of the Senior Events Executive job is to; coordinate all logistics and aspects of the events, including marketing liaison, logistics, auditing and reconciliation of event hire, venue, equipment etc.

Salary: £30K - £34.5K

Location: Hybrid working, East Grinstead

Events Executive duties:

  • Manage daily event bookings, resolving payment queries or booking errors
  • Provide event analysis and feedback on the feasibility of each event and produce and maintain revenue and expenditure budgets for each event.
  • Develop event marketing and promotion collateral
  • Work with third party hosts to ensure that facilities are available to manage goods in and goods out.
  • Event marketing
  • Events administration

Skills and experience:

  • Proven events experience in a customer-centric commercial environment (ideally B2C
  • and B2B) experience working in an events management role
  • Exposure and understanding of contractor management and event booking systems
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
