Ambition are working with a leading global law firm committed to delivering exceptional legal services. They are seeking an experienced Events Specialist to join their dynamic team and support the firms strategic goals across the UK and Europe.
As an Events Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the strategy, planning, and execution of events, sponsorships, and special projects. You will work closely with the firms UK-based business development team and collaborate with the US-based events team to ensure consistency in the firms global events offering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning: Lead the planning and execution of virtual and live events, from small client dinners to major events and sponsorships.
- Creative & Communications: Develop cohesive design schemes, create and deploy invitations, and manage RSVP and post-event tracking.
- Strategy: Identify market trends, client needs, and competitor strategies to inform event opportunities and ensure alignment with the firm's wider events strategy.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in planning high-level events and project management within the legal sector.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
