This role is for a meticulous and responsible Exam Invigilator, who will oversee and ensure the smooth execution of examinations in a reputable not-for-profit educational organisation.

This will be a 2-week temporary position starting from 6th May, please only apply if you will be available during this time.

Description

  • Overseeing and supervising examinations to ensure all guidelines are adhered to.
  • Ensuring the examination environment remains quiet and conducive for candidates.
  • Distributing and collecting examination papers in a timely and orderly manner.
  • Checking student identification and admission to the examination venue.
  • Reporting any irregularities or incidents during the examination to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assisting in setting up and preparing the examination venue.
  • Helping with any inquiries from students regarding the examination process.
  • Ensuring all examination materials are collected and secured at the end of each exam.

Profile

A successful Exam Invigilator should have:

  • A strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • The ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanour under pressure.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the education industry.
