Exams Officer

- Reporting to: Exams Manager
- Salary: up to £28k

Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Swindon.
Job Purpose- To assist with all aspects of the Examination and Assessment processes, including the administration of examinations and entry of examination details onto the student record system
- Proficiently use Excel and other computer programs to support exam-related tasks.
- Work with exam boards and course teams to keep exam details accurate and up-to-date.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, staff, and external bodies about exam processes.
- Organize and plan exam schedules accurately and efficiently.
- Oversee exam administration, including registration, entries, results processing, and exam invigilation.
- Provide an efficient and supportive service in responding to staff and learner enquiries in relation to exams.
- Relevant exams experience
- Enhanced DBS
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Excellent level of digital literacy
- Good organisation, planning, multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and work under pressure
