We are exclusively recruiting for our client, a leading global Financial Services Group seeking a  strategic individual to join as the Group Head of Finance, based in their Dubai office. Reporting to the CFO and responsible for overseeing all financial activities, compliance and strategic growth, duties will include;

· Lead and manage the global finance team, ensuring high performance and development.

· Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and drive growth.

· Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

· Oversee the preparation of a multitude of regulatory submissions, year end process, audit and group consolidation.

· Identify and manage risks, ensuring the company's financial stability and compliance.

· Implement and improve financial processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

· Lead and participate in special projects as required, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company objectives. 

You should be a fully qualified Chartered Accountant (Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa or UK only, given need to oversee reporting in some of these locations) looking to develop their career in Dubai with an expanding global organisation. You should also have several years PQE within the finance function of a multi-jurisdictional business and excellent communication skills, given the required collaboration with multiple stakeholders and team members.
