Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with the ability to build strong relationships and manage multiple priorities, delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Candidates must possess strong business acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities, coupled with expertise in talent sourcing, candidate assessment, and recruitment best practices.

Who You Are?

• 3-6 Years Exec Search/Headhunting/Recruitment Experience
• Demonstrable track record preferably over a minimum of three full years of billings
• Existing client base/book of business or the ability to establish connections quickly
• Based in Leeds/Yorkshire
• Worked in Exec Search or at a good level of recruitment
• Ambitious, Autonomous, Hungry, Motivated, Likable, Presentable, Trustworthy, Resilient, Personable, Fearless, Determined, Excellent Communication and Written Skills
• Ideally, degree-educated and someone who is commercially minded.
