Hays are recruiting an Executive Assistant for a 12-month fixed-term role. This position is for a legal firm based in central Manchester. Previous experience within a similar environment is essential.
Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting all areas of the business, you will provide high-end executive support to the service team and lawyers. The role is based within Real Estate, you will be providing support to many fee earners. You will have worked as a PA or secretary within professional services, and you will be comfortable providing support to multiple people, including diary and travel management.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have excellent organisation skills, the ability to work as a team, you will be technically strong and able to provide a high level of service, you will remain calm under pressure and be comfortable committing to a 12-month fixed-term role.
